Quiet hotel located in a pretty nice area very close to the hiking route ‘ Eifelsteig', great hiking trails in the Fichtel Mountains and the church nearby. Accommodating and nice staff on reception and elsewhere. Comfy double room with shower etc. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. What a delightful stay, no reason to complain: )

Its breakfast was very very good, we loved the location too.
Everyone was very very helpful as well as owner. Nice location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. Besides, Mace Beaumount was 5 km away from the venue.

We had an amazing experience in this hotel during our hiking trip in the Fichtel Mountains. the location was perfect, right in the center of a cozy and peaceful town, close to spectacular hiking trails. Our room was well-appointed, with modern facilities and a lovely view. We were impressed with the attentive and welcoming staff, who gave us great advice on hiking routes and local restaurants. the breakfast was delicious and rich, with plenty of options to choose from. We enjoyed the little touches, such as gummi bears on the pillow or cold drinks in the fridge.
It would have been helpful to have clearer instructions on how to check in, as we arrived to a locked front door and had to go around to the back to find the owner.

We arrived at Pension Brunnenhof outside of the check-in hours, but a quick call and someone came to let us in within minutes. The location of the hotel was great, close to the Rhine and other towns like Koblenz. The family who runs the hotel were friendly and helpful, and we loved that they make their own wines from the nearby vineyards. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed the rural atmosphere of the rustic building. Plus, the breakfast buffet was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

The weekend was great, the place was cozy and clean and had a hot shower that was amazing. the breakfast was diverse and delicious. the location was perfect for a weekend, close to restaurants and shops. the wifi in this place was fast and worked perfectly!
The staff was not very polite or helpful, could have been more professional. Another disadvantage was the lack of soundproofing, and the noise from other guests and traffic outside made it difficult to sleep.
